It is an independent agent website. It is not the official website of the developer and is not endorsed by or affiliated with the developer. Enquiries submitted here reach the negotiator named above, not the developer directly.

When you submit an enquiry or start a WhatsApp conversation from this site, we receive the details you choose to give us — typically your name, your contact number, and whatever you tell us about the unit type, budget or timeline you are looking for.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your identity card number, bank details, income documents or any other sensitive personal data through this website. If those are needed later in a purchase, they are collected through the developer's or the financier's own forms, not here.

Separately, our analytics collect technical information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is not linked to your name.

To respond to your enquiry — to send you the price list, floor plans, availability and financing estimates you asked for, and to arrange a viewing.

To follow up with you about Cappella Embassy while you are considering it. You can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate, so the page can be improved.

Your enquiry may pass through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Messages you send us over WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as you are actively considering a purchase, and for up to twenty-four months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted.

Where a transaction completes, records are kept for the period required by Malaysian law and by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to stop using it for marketing, or withdraw your consent altogether.

To do any of these, message us on WhatsApp at 011-6723 9315 and say what you would like done. We will act on it within twenty-one days.

Withdrawing consent means we can no longer send you the price list or contact you about the project.

This site is served over HTTPS. It does not host a database — the enquiry form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you choose to send, so your details go directly to the negotiator's phone rather than being stored on this website.
